i used to play SNES game with similar grass style... im here via google search for it since i forgot the name. I would appreciate any info if someone remembers it (wormy pink grass kinda fantasy setting, and i might be imagining this but i think grass was reacting to player movement) awesome graphics for the time... cool assets as well. thx

That hugely depends on your engine of choice, but all the effects were achieved in Unity, using post-processing effects and particle systems, maybe lights 2d too, cant remember now.
It's probably gradiented blue with bloom. There are also different layers of plants and tiles which have more bloom accordingly to the distance. You would probably need to know how to use graphical software to do what this person did.
Really awsome assets. Best ones out there. Will for sure buy the fungal cavern pack aswell and hoping for more packs in the future... Maybe some kind of character / creature pack to inhabit the biomes?
Oh and would have been nice if the psd of the wizard was included to make more animations for him.
